The county grew before the coverage did

Waller County was the fastest-growing county in Texas and the second-fastest in the country between mid-2024 and mid-2025. That kind of growth outpaces the restoration crews built to serve it, most of which are based an hour away in Houston and treat Hempstead, Prairie View, and Waller as a long drive rather than a home territory.

We built this company around a different premise: know the towns, know the difference between a hundred-year-old Brazos bottomland farmhouse and an eighteen-month-old slab in a new subdivision, and answer the phone here instead of routing through a regional call center.

We're small on purpose. That's a real tradeoff. A crew this size can't out-staff a major regional storm event the way a national franchise can, and we'll say so plainly if a job is bigger than we can safely handle alone. What we can do is show up fast, know the roads, and stand behind the work.

• We don't handle commercial high-rise or industrial-scale mitigation. Homes, small offices, small multi-family.
• We're not a licensed plumbing company. We handle water damage; a licensed plumber handles the pipe itself.
• We don't run mold air-quality lab testing. That's an independent inspector's job, and we'll say so instead of upselling it.
• We're closed Sundays for routine scheduling. Emergency calls still route to the on-call phone.
